Meditation - since ancient times, is part of spiritual practice in many religions of the world.
Meditation is the most important component of YOGA.
As Sahaja Yoga - meditation interprets; it is a complete absence of thoughts, with full consciousness.
The modern scientific definition of meditation is the borderline state between sleep and wakefulness, the process of consciously reaching the level of mental and physical activity.Thousands of studies and experiments show the amazing results of using meditation in medical practice.
Meditation includes three stages: relaxation, concentration, and the actual meditative state. With eye contact, the mini pyramid is perceived by our brain as a geometric object that relaxes and soothes our nervous system. During the concentration stage, a mini pyramid reduces the number of nerve impulses reaching the central nervous system. Throughout the entire meditation session, mini pyramid “protects” from external stimuli and helps to focus on internal energy, and doesn’t let you get distracted by external thoughts.
The high energy concentration of the mini pyramid field allows you to meditate while sitting in a comfortable position (armchair, chair, sofa, etc.) at home or in the office.
